Recurring Headaches

I have been having recurring headaches for the past three months now. There are so many reasons for it but I can only think of one that fits my profile, it is because of my eyes. I think I strain my eyes too much that it causes me severe headaches or maybe there is more to it than just a simple eye strain. I am planning to see an Opthalmologist next week to be sure. I am worried about one thing though, what if the doctor will tell I should eyeglasses to get rid of the headaches? I can't imagine myself wearing glasses. I don't think I look good, plus it very inconvenient for me. But I think instead of the glasses I can wear lenses, but I would prefer disposable contact lenses.

I heard disposable contact lens are convenient, specially for me I am always busy, I don't have to go through the trouble of cleaning and having to make sure they are intact in its case. I might misplace them and I am telling you they are not that cheap. At least with disposable lenses I can get rid of them on a daily basis so I won't have to clean or store them somewhere and have to remember it.

Well I think I don't have to think so much about that for now. I should only worry about that when the doctor tells me that I need one. But for sure over eyeglasses and contact lens I am one hundred percent for the contacts.
